Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring timely delivery within defined cost and quality parameters.
• Monitor progress using project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Identify potential risks and create mitigation and contingency strategies.
