Role & responsibilities :
- Generate and manage enquiries from OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants
- Conduct discussions with customers to understand application requirements and positioning of our Control Valve solutions
- Coordinate with the Application Engineering Team to ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial proposals
- Follow-up on submitted offers, and convert enquiries into orders
- Lead price negotiations with customers, while maintaining profitability and ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies
- Monitor and manage the enquiry-to-order pipeline, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and follow-up strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business and long-term engagement
- Visit customer sites as required for discussions, product positioning, or technical meetings
- Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 4 to 8 years experience in Sales & Marketing of B2B sales in relevant industrial products domainHigh ownership & self-driveWillingness to travelConfidence in handling price negotiations & customer objectionsBasic Data Analysis & Reporting SkillsPosition Location -
