Key Responsibilities :

Lead High-Impact Projects : Take full ownership of a portfolio of high-impact projects. This includes everything from launching new football clubs and pitching brand IPs to forging global partnerships.
End-to-End Project Management : Own every phase of special projects. This includes conducting thorough research, developing a solid strategy, creating compelling presentations (decks), managing timelines, and ensuring flawless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with our content, brand, and community teams to ensure project ideas are aligned and progress is continuous.
Support Business Development : Assist in developing strategic partnerships, venture growth initiatives, and communications for Capri Sports and its related ventures.
Shape New Ventures : Be a key player in shaping new business verticals, ensuring they are rooted in innovation and impact from the conceptual stage to market reality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 5-7 years in a strategy, consulting, startup, or brand-led role, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects from inception to execution.

A Bias for Action : You know how to move quickly, get things done, and deliver results.

Versatility : You're comfortable working across diverse sectors, including sports, culture, media, and venture.

Strategic Thinking : The ability to navigate ambiguity and shape complex ideas into clear, executable plans.

Core Skills : Strong writing, research, and presentation abilities.

Passion for Womens Sports : A deep belief in the potential of womens sports, equity, and long-term impact is essential for this role
