Terms of Reference (TOR) Website Development for NAPP Commercial Ventures 1. Background NAPP Commercial Ventures Pte Ltd. is seeking the services of a qualified web development firm or individual consultant to design, develop, and deliver a professional corporate website. The website will serve as a digital presence for the company, provide information on its services, and support business growth and customer engagement. About the Company : Incorporated in 2025 as company limited by shares, NAPP COMMERCIAL VENTURES PTE. LTD. serves as the commercial arm of Fairtrade NAPP, established to drive market expansion, commercialize services, and ensure the organization’s long-term financial sustainability. Its core mission is to maximize value for Fairtrade producers and traders through access to core Fairtrade services, creating expanded trade opportunities beyond certification offerings, strengthening capacity to meet evolving global market demands, and leveraging regional expertise across the Fairtrade system. 2. Objective To develop a user-friendly, visually appealing, secure, and mobile-responsive website that reflects the brand identity of NAPP Commercial Ventures and supports future business expansion and digital communication. 3. Scope of Work The selected developer will be responsible for the following tasks : a. Website Design & Structure Modern, clean, and professional UI / UX design Responsive design suitable for mobile, tablet, and desktop Intuitive navigation and user-friendly layout b. Website Features Homepage with company overview About Us section (mission, vision, core objectives) Services and Partners section pages Contact page with inquiry form News section to weekly updates Photo and / or video gallery Social media integration Basic SEO setup (metadata, sitemap, Google indexing) c. Technical Requirements Fast loading speed Secure CMS (WordPress or similar) Google Analytics integration SSL certificate setup & security configuration Email / contact form integration Hosting setup and deployment support d. Content Developer to assist with layout content integration (final text and media to be supplied by NAPP Commercial Ventures) e. Training & Support Provide content management and posting services 30-day post-launch technical support 4. Deliverables Fully developed company website Admin access credentials Website maintenance guide / manual Training session for designated staff Deployment of an IT staff for regular news coverage, maintenance etc on monthly cost upon final delivery 5.
