About the Role

Join a fast-growing team driving digital transformation and cybersecurity innovation for a leading healthcare technology services organization. The program focuses on advancing medical device connectivity, cyber risk management, and operational excellence through a modern, cloud-based application ecosystem built on ServiceNow and Azure.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll play a critical role in building, configuring, and optimizing applications that support key operational and cybersecurity functions. You’ll work in a dedicated ServiceNow instance, developing custom modules, integrations, and workflows similar to those in the company’s enterprise instance—enhancing visibility, automation, and performance across the platform.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows within ServiceNow.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and data sources using REST, SOAP, or MID Server integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and experience collaborating with distributed global teams.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
