Job descriptionStrong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-Code, M-Code) and control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) Expertise in CNC machining processes (Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grinding, EDM). Practical experience in CAM software (Mastercam, NX CAM, Fusion 360, or similar). Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D models . Good understanding of cutting tools, fixtures, and materials . Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities. Knowledge of ISO / AS9100 / IATF 16949 manufacturing standards (preferred). Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering. Certification in CNC Programming or Tool Room Training (NTTF / GTTC / CTTC / CIPET) preferred. 10+ years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operations in manufacturing or precision machining industries. Prior experience as a technical trainer or mentor will be an added advantage. Exposure to automation, robotics integration, or Industry 4.0 technologies is desirable.

Job Summary :
We are looking for a Senior CNC Trainer with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming, operation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs on CNC machines, tools, and automation systems to upskill operators, engineers, and technicians.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver training modules on CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, etc.) and machine operation.
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on CNC Turning, Milling, and Multi-Axis Machines.
- Train participants on tool selection, work-holding, offsets, coordinate systems, and cutting parameters.
- Demonstrate setup, calibration, and troubleshooting procedures on CNC equipment.
- Evaluate trainees through assessments, hands-on demonstrations, and performance feedback.
- Customize training content based on machine type and skill levels (basic to advanced).
- Ensure adherence to safety practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to align training with industry standards.
- Maintain and upgrade CNC training lab equipment and software.
- Mentor junior trainers and contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies.
