Job Summary :

RBK International Academy is seeking a dedicated Career Counsellor to guide students in exploring career options, identifying their strengths, and planning their educational and professional pathways. The role involves conducting assessments, providing personalized counselling, and supporting students in career readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Career Assessments : Administer and interpret career, aptitude, and personality assessments to understand students' interests and abilities
• Individual Counselling : Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to discuss career goals, interests, and challenges
• Resume & Cover Letter Guidance : Assist students in preparing effective resumes and cover letters that highlight skills and experiences
• Job Search Strategies : Provide guidance on job search techniques, networking, and interview preparation
• Career Exploration : Help students explore various career options, industries, and educational pathways
• Education Planning : Provide information on relevant educational programs, training, and certifications aligned with career goals
