Position : Backend Business Development Specialist

Location : Remote

Work Hours : 3 : 00 PM - 1 : 00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Mining & Extraction :
  • Utilize advanced tools and techniques to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  • Extract key insights to identify new business opportunities and trends in the market.
  • Lead Generation :
  • Develop and maintain databases of potential leads using data-driven methodologies.
  • Research and curate high-quality lead lists for the sales and business development teams.
  • Market Research :
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps and potential areas for expansion.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • CRM Management :
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaboration :
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support their goals with data-driven insights.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
  • Process Optimization :
  • Continuously refine data extraction and mining processes to improve efficiency and output quality.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 2-2.5 years in backend business development, data mining, or data extraction roles.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication : Good written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively.
  • Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
  • Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines within the specified working hours.
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi
