Experience : 2 to 4 Years (Hands-on End-to-End US Recruitment)

Shift Timing : Night Shift (8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST)

Work Mode : Onsite from Pune, Koregaon park Office

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and prior experience in USA Salesforce hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client coordination to offer closure.
• Lead full employee lifecycle : sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and integration.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants.
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and job requirements.
• Coordinating with clients for the documentation.
• Follow up with candidates / vendors on timesheets and maintain long-term relationships with placed candidates.
