Overview :
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are instrumental in propelling the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibilities include attracting potential clients through impactful sales pitches, preparing tailored visual presentations, and clearly explaining our offerings during client calls. You will support the Business Development team in driving new partnerships and contribute to a smooth onboarding experience for every new client.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Pitch & Presentation :
Prepare customized and visually appealing Power Point presentations based on the client’s needs and industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant insights, content, and data to support sales decks.
Use storytelling and product highlights to make a strong business case during pitches.
2. Client Call Engagement :
Participate in sales calls and confidently explain presentation segments and product positioning.
Deliver clear and engaging communication that aligns with client needs and expectations.
Address initial client queries and establish early-stage engagement.
3. Lead Understanding & Coordination :
Understand the background and context of leads shared by the Pre-sales team to ensure relevant conversations.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on offerings and align messaging accordingly.
5. Documentation & Reporting :
Maintain organized records of client discussions, preferences, and pitch materials.
Update CRM regularly with meeting outcomes and follow-ups to support sales continuity.
Ensure all commitments made during the sales conversation are aligned internally for successful
handover.
Qualifications :
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently in client conversations.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, client-facing roles, or relevant internships.
A strong interest in sales with an enthusiastic, go-getter attitude toward client interaction and business growth.
Proficiency in Power Point and ability to translate product data into client-friendly visuals.
Confidence to speak and engage with clients during live calls.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a high-paced sales environment.
