Key Responsibilities :

Generate leads, approach clients, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Support existing clients, handle technical and commercial queries, and explore new customer prospects.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Provide technical guidance and application support to clients.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
Maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback, and ensure high satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Track sales activities, pending orders, and submit regular reports to management.
Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify business growth opportunities.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in Power Tools, Construction, Infrastructure, or Building Materials.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of the regional language will be an added advantage.
