About the Role :

- Marketing & Brand Head
- to lead the overall marketing strategy and brand building for our growing company. This is a leadership role that combines creative thinking with performance marketing, responsible for driving growth across all channels ā website, marketplaces, and quick commerce.
As the face of our marketing function, you'll guide a team of channel owners, shape our brand voice, conceptualize high-impact campaigns, and ensure consistent execution to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities :
š¹ Marketing Strategy & Leadership
ā ā Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business growth goalsā ā Lead and mentor a team managing performance across digital channelsā ā Ensure synergy and consistency across brand communication and customer touchpointsš¹ Sales & Promotions Planning
ā ā Own the offers and promotions calendar across all platformsā ā Collaborate with finance and ops on pricing, margins, and inventory alignmentā ā Optimize marketing spends for maximum ROIš¹ Social Media & Content Marketing
ā ā Oversee social media strategy and content directionā ā Drive brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and UGC initiativesā ā Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize performanceš¹ Campaigns & Brand Initiatives
ā ā Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and topical campaigns (digital, influencer, offline, PR)ā ā Measure campaign performance and its impact on brand and salesš¹ Events, Collaborations & Merchandise
ā ā Lead brand activations, events, and offline community initiativesā ā Drive creator and brand collaborations, along with merchandising strategiesš¹ Analytics & Insights
ā ā Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and channel-wise ROIā ā Build dashboards and deliver weekly performance reviews to leadershipā ā Drive decision-making through data and market insightsWhat We're Looking For :
