Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a WhatsApp & Email Marketer. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns via WhatsApp and email platforms to engage potential students and promote Arbor Academy's programs. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, designing email templates, managing subscriber lists, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing for better results. The marketer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing, including creating and managing campaigns
• Skills in Content Writing, Copywriting, and crafting compelling marketing messages
• Knowledge of Email Marketing Tools and Automation Platforms
• Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing practices and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with CRM platforms and basic HTML for email customization is an advantage
