Job Description :

We're seeking a highly motivated and Junior Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in SaaS products. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for process optimization, and supporting the design and implementation of SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities :

Requirement Documentation & Communication

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document clear and concise business requirements. Ensure technical teams fully understand the requirements and associated acceptance criteria through well-structured documentation and regular communication.

DevOps Board Management

Maintain and update the DevOps board to accurately reflect the status of user stories, tasks, and bugs. Ensure consistent tracking of progress, prioritization, and alignment with sprint goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with the Product Manager to validate, refine, and document requirements. Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Validation

Review completed development work to ensure it meets the defined requirements and acceptance criteria. Validate that each story / task is implemented as intended before it moves to the next stage.

Sprint Reporting & Progress Tracking

Provide the Product Manager with regular updates on sprint progress, including story completion rates, blockers, and overall team velocity. Deliver actionable insights to support planning and decision-making.

Qualifications :

2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a technology or software development environment .

Strong experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum)

Proficiency with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) for tracking requirements, sprint progress, and user stories.

Ability to create and manage user stories, epics, tasks , and acceptance criteria within these tools.

Familiarity with software development concepts, SDLC, and QA / testing processes.
