About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Automation & Systems Specialist to support our U.S.-based short-term rental business.
You will manage the systems that keep our company running smoothly — including AI workflows, PMS setups, automations, dashboards, cloud organization, software integrations, and login management .
This role ensures our operations remain efficient, accurate, and scalable as we grow.
🔧 Key Responsibilities AI & Automation
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.Com, GoHighLevel, and ChatGPT.
- Automate repetitive tasks such as lead routing, reporting, messaging, and internal updates.
- Create automation for guest communication , task assignment, and alerts.
PMS (Property Management System) Setup & Maintenance
Maintain and optimize Hostify, Guesty, Hospitable, or similar STR platforms .Create new property listings, automate messaging, price syncing, and calendar updates.Monitor channel connections (Airbnb, Booking.Com, VRBO) for errors or sync issues.Dashboard & Reporting
Build dashboards for occupancy, revenue, lead status, team KPIs, and task tracking.Automate daily / weekly reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, or Data Studio.Ensure accurate mapping of payouts, bookings, and unit performance.Cloud Management
Maintain well-organized cloud systems in Google Drive / Dropbox .Create structured folders for properties, employees, owners, training, and operations.Ensure backup, security, and permission-level control.Software & Integrations
Connect and maintain all company tools :Hostify / Guesty / PMSPriceLabs / Beyond PricingSlack / WhatsApp API / RingCentralGoHighLevel CRMQuickBooks / Zoho BooksTroubleshoot system errors and coordinate with vendors when needed.Team Support
Manage logins, passwords, and secure access for employees.Train staff on using internal tools and workflows.Document all processes and maintain SOP updates.🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred).1–4 years experience in :Automation tools (Zapier, Make.Com, Pabbly, GHL)CRM / workflow managementPMS or booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.Com) — nice to haveStrong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / data structuring .Comfortable with APIs and integration logic.Excellent communication skills in English.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.Attention to detail and organized working style.⭐ Why Join Us
