Designation : Assistant Retail Manager
Location : Pondicherry
Experience : Min 3 years in Fashion & Retail
Qualifications : MBA or Retail / Fashion Management
Responsibilities : -
- Ensure sales performance and growth of the Exclusive Brand Outlets.
- Implement and monitor the process and systems and evaluate the overall performance
- Improve the performance of the stores by providing the best service by following the values of Hidesign
- Maintain proper visual merchandising and high visual standards
- Train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the targets
- Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by proper planning and analysis
- Coordinate with the office for resolving the issues and for providing the better support
- Participate in the Marketing and Brand promotion events to make it a success
