Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title : Area Business Manager (ABM) - 1 Position Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Manager (ABM) to oversee sales operations, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with regional teams and customers. Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for achieving sales targets and business objectives in the assigned area.- Monitor and manage customer communications and report to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).- Ensure smooth revenue flow and timely collection within the assigned territory.- Coordinate with distributors and hospitals for invoicing, stock management, and order fulfillment.- Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the RBM.- Manage approximately 25 hospitals or 100 targeted customers within the territory. Qualifications & Experience : - Education : Science Graduate (English Medium).- Experience : 6-7 years in the same or similar industry (Pharma / Medical Devices).- Skills : - Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Excel, etc.)- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.- Excellent relationship management and coordination abilities.
