SEO Copywriter

We’re looking for an exceptional writer who understands SEO, AI search, and the evolving content landscape. You’ll create high-quality, expert-led content designed to perform in both Google and AI-driven search environments.

You’ll be a writer first — someone who values clarity, expertise, and real insight — but you will also be an expert in using AI tools to optimise the writing process in different ways.

You will have a deep understanding of how to use AI to benefit your writing (but not lead it), and be flexible in how you adapt changing technology into your writing process.

You’ll craft content that demonstrates authority, depth, and originality, while still being optimised for performance across organic and GEO search.

Working closely with strategists and SEO specialists, you’ll help turn research, briefs, and insights into compelling articles, guides, and web content that drive measurable organic growth.

Responsibilities

Write high-quality content for SEO and GEO campaigns across multiple industries

Interpret SEO briefs and transform them into clear, engaging, and expert-led content

Use AI tools to refine drafts, enhance structure, and optimise for readability and search performance

Be at the forefront of change in AI technology and understand how it can benefit your writing - making suggestions for how it can benefit the writing process

Ensure all content meets brand tone, voice, and quality standards

Collaborate with the SEO and strategy teams to align content with keyword and topical strategies

Writing content for product / service pages, blogs, PRs, social media, etc.

Edit, proofread, and quality-check both in-house and AI-assisted content

Track content performance and apply learnings to future work

Experience & Skills

A1+ written English (essential)

3–5 years of experience writing SEO content within an agency or in-house marketing team

Up to date with the development in AI tools and how they help copywriters. You will be asked questions around this during interview stage.

Expert in working with different AI tools to help you create content across areas such as :

Research

Content structuring / drafting

Content writing

ToV application

Strong understanding of organic search fundamentals (keywords, E-E-A-T, content intent)
