Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Officer, based in Palghat. The Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, driving distribution management, and achieving business targets. The role includes overseeing channel sales, maintaining client relationships, and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Channel Sales
• Strong expertise in Business and Distribution Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the paints or chemicals industry is a plus
• Self-driven, team-oriented, with the ability to meet targets within deadlines
