Job Title : Digital Marketing & Branding Strategist – Executive Level

Location : Bangalore

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing & Branding Strategist Executive who can strengthen the brand presence of Arul Group’s verticals through targeted digital campaigns, compelling content, and creative storytelling. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical skills to drive brand engagement, lead generation, and market visibility across all digital channels.

You will be responsible for executing brand-led initiatives, managing online campaigns, optimizing digital performance, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Contribute to the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging across digital platforms
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline assets
  • Work closely with the business teams to implement visual storytelling aligned with brand tone

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Manage and optimize paid media (PPC) campaigns for reach, lead generation, and conversion
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to design compelling ad creatives and video content
  • SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for company websites and blogs
  • Monitor website traffic, lead funnels, and performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
  • Coordinate with web developers to implement enhancements, landing pages, and conversion tools
  • Content Creation & Social Media

  • Build and manage social media calendars and create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos
  • Write copy for digital ads, banners, email campaigns, and internal communications
  • Monitor engagement and trends across platforms to stay ahead of digital shifts
  • Email Marketing & Automation

  • Design and run email campaigns through tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
  • Build lead nurturing workflows and segment mailing lists for personalized campaigns
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key performance metrics for all digital activities.
  • Generate weekly and monthly dashboards to report campaign performance and insights
  • Recommend data-driven improvements for future campaigns and budget planning
  • Key Skills & Tools Required :

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns
  • Analytics : Google Analytics, Meta Insights, UTM tracking
  • Design Tools : Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (optional)
  • CMS Tools : WordPress / Wix / Webflow
  • Email : Mailchimp / Zoho Campaigns / HubSpot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
  • Qualifications :

    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field

    2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or communications

    Strong communication skills (written + visual)

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-stakeholder environment

    Preferred :

    Experience in interior design, construction, EPC, or industrial product marketing

    Experience with employer branding and B2B digital outreach

    Video editing or reel-making experience is a plus
