Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships for Nandighosh Trading Agency. The role requires expertise in sales strategy, team leadership, key account management, and business development in HVAC / Refrigeration and allied product segments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Generate new business opportunities in HVAC, refrigeration units, cold storage, AMC contracts, and industrial projects.
Expand the customer base across corporates, industrial clients, retailers, and contractors.
Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in line with industry standards.
Client Relationship Management
Build strong long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and solution presentations.
Ensure customer satisfaction through seamless coordination with service and technical teams.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Set sales targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions where needed.
Foster a performance-driven culture within the team.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends.
Recommend pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product positioning.
Liaise with OEM partners (e.g., Blue Star Ltd) for product updates, marketing campaigns, and joint initiatives.
Operational & Reporting
Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and company policies.
Coordinate with Finance, Service, and Inventory teams for smooth execution of orders.
