Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with strong exposure to the US IT staffing market . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing bench consultants, working with Tier-1 vendors, and closing positions on C2C / W2 basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market bench consultants (IT professionals) to Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners
- Submit profiles for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently
- Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and account managers
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements
- Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and procedures
Required Skills :
Strong experience in US Bench Sales / IT StaffingExcellent communication and negotiation skillsGood knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)Familiarity with job portals and marketing toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced US staffing environmentPreferred Qualifications :
