Job description10+2 or Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in inventory management (electronics / hardware background preferred). Strong skills in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Knowledge of inventory control processes and reconciliation. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams. Interest in drones / aviation industry will be an advantage. Be part of an innovative drone technology company. We are looking for a proactive Inventory Executive to manage and streamline our drone inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records of drones, spare parts, and accessories in Excel or inventory systems.
- Track movement of drones for shows, operations, and repairs.
- Document allocation, return, and servicing of drones.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system records.
- Generate and share inventory reports / MIS for management.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure availability of drones and parts.
- Raise alerts for shortages, damages, or discrepancies in stock.
- Follow company policies and safety standards in drone handling.
