Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Erode. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; manage financial transactions, Inter company transactions and reporting; and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, collaborating with other departments for cost management, and providing recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Data Analysis
• Knowledge of Regulations, Compliance, and Taxation standards
• Strong Leadership, Communication, and Collaboration skills
• Expert in Accounting Software and relevant Technical Tools
• Experience in improving cost-efficiency and resource management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA, or CA) is a plus
