THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you’ll develop pipeline, qualify opportunities, and engage prospects across BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, and Enterprise Tech.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Qualification
Source, prospect, and qualify leads through calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and events .
Execute structured discovery calls to identify prospect needs and buying intent.
Pipeline Development
Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to ensure a healthy sales pipeline .
Maintain accurate data in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and provide regular reports.
Sales Engagement
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers across target accounts.
Deliver product demos, presentations, and solution overviews tailored to customer needs.
Collaboration
Align with marketing, product, and demand generation teams on messaging and campaigns.
Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and content-led sales motions.
Deal Progression
Assist in RFP responses, proposals, and negotiation for high-potential opportunities.
Work with leadership to optimize conversion rates and shorten deal cycles.
Market Insights
Collect and share insights on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to refine GTM strategies.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
2–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, SaaS, or enterprise technology sales .
Proven success in pipeline generation, qualification, and lead nurturing .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage CXOs and senior stakeholders .
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Ability to understand technical products (AI, Cloud, Data) and translate them into customer value.
Self-motivated with a quota-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-Have
Exposure to Agentic AI, Cloud, or Data Platforms .
Experience running ABM campaigns or working with SDR / BDR teams.
Background in enterprise industries (BFSI, Healthcare, GRC, SOC) .
