Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented Showroom & Sales Manager who can handle both in-showroom operations and field sales activities .
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day management, deliver an exceptional client experience, and actively generate business by visiting designers, architects, and project sites to build strong professional relationships and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom Management
- Manage daily showroom operations and maintain the brand's premium image.
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, designers, and architects with product selection.
- Maintain product displays, samples, and inventory organization.
- Coordinate with backend and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
- Track sales, inquiries, and performance metrics for management reporting.
Sales & Business Development
Visit architects', designers', and builder offices to showcase product ranges and build relationships.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from B2B and B2C channels.Present product samples, discuss specifications, and handle client requirements professionally.Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.Meet monthly sales and revenue targets through both showroom and field sales.Represent Layers by Rajshree in industry events, exhibitions, or networking meets when required.Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in showroom / retail or B2B sales (preferably interiors, laminates, veneers, tiles, or luxury home materials).Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong presentation ability with a passion for interiors and design aesthetics.Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with client visits.Good organizational and negotiation skills.Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or sales tracking tools.Two-wheeler preferred for local visits.Why Join Us
