Incharge Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled product manager to lead the development and launch of our BHIM product. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the fintech industry, digital payments, and blockchain technology. The goal is to create a seamless, user-friendly, and secure experience for customers, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Vision and Strategy : Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for BHIM, aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research, analyzing customer needs, trends, and competitor landscape to inform product development and growth.
• Product Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and finance, to develop and launch BHIM products, ensuring that it meets customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Product Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as user adoption, transaction volume, and customer satisfaction, to inform product optimization and growth.
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, to ensure compliance and collaboration.
• Innovation and Improvement : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to continuously improve the BHIM product and stay competitive.
