Job Overview :
The Kiosk Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kiosk, driving sales, maintaining brand standards, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage overall kiosk operations including sales, inventory, and staff.
- Identify potential locations for kiosks (primarily in malls) and establish / maintain contacts with mall authorities for kiosk setup and coordination.
- Ensure smooth daily functioning, cleanliness, and presentation of the kiosk.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Train, motivate, and supervise kiosk staff for efficient performance.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply team for replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
- Ensure brand visual merchandising and display standards are met.
- Coordinate with management for marketing activities, promotions, and events.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).4 - 6 years of experience in retail operations or kiosk / store management.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and basic reporting.Flexible with shifts and weekend operations.Key Skills :
