Job Description : We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Associate to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1+ year of experience in HR or related functions
Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and appointment letters
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
Support payroll processing and liaise with accounts department
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Prepare basic HR reports and analytics for management review
