Client Solutions – Workplace Design

Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Client Solutions professional with deep experience in workplace strategy, consultative B2B sales, and enterprise client engagement. This role focuses on end-to-end solutioning—from understanding complex client requirements to developing proposals and driving closures for large corporate workplace projects.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong career stability, mature client-handling capability, and consistent progression in relevant organizations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business and strategic client acquisition within the workplace / commercial interiors domain.
- Lead end-to-end solutioning, including client discovery, workspace strategy, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Engage with large enterprise and corporate clients, understanding business needs and translating them into practical workplace solutions.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with CXOs, corporate stakeholders, PMCs, consultants, and partners.
- Collaborate closely with design, sales, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Act as a trusted client advisor throughout the sales and engagement lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For :
10+ years of experience in client solutions / consultative B2B sales, preferably in workplace design, commercial interiors, real estate advisory, or design & build environmentsStrong exposure to workspace strategy, sales solutioning, and client engagementProven ability to manage complex, long sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersExperience handling large enterprise / MNC clients with high-value, strategic engagementsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsHigh level of maturity, ownership, and client-facing confidenceLocation Preference
