UX Engineer - Javascript / TypeScript

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX Engineer with 3- 4 years of experience in front-end development and user experience engineering. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring seamless, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to transform wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts into high quality, interactive applications.
• Ensure technical feasibility of design solutions and provide feedback during the design phase.
• Build and implement user-facing features using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and maintain reusable front-end components and libraries, contributing to a robust design system.
• Work with JavaScript frameworks / libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Ensure adherence to WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices.
• Participate in user research and usability testing, integrating insights into iterative development.
• Optimize web applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to UI / UX.
• Contribute effectively within an agile / scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in front-end technologies and UX principles.
• Bring innovative ideas to improve user experience, design systems, and development workflows.
