Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.Client Liaison and Troubleshooting
Act as a liaison with the client for troubleshooting : investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.Change and Transport Management
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.Documentation
Document functional designs, test cases, and results.Proactive Enhancement Identification
Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements.Consulting Services
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.Business and Technical Liaison
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.Training and User Support
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.Independent Work and Mentorship
Work self-directed and independently; may act as a subject matter mentor to more junior members.Skills Required
