• Leadership :
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and leadership to manage a pool of resources effectively, ensuring zero slippages and high-quality code delivery.
• Provide end-to-end ownership , ensuring process adherence and identifying ways to improve productivity quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) .
• Business Interaction :
• Quickly understand business needs and front-face the team in interactions with business stakeholders and GTS leadership .
• Ability to articulate work delivered by the team and provide weekly highlights on capabilities delivered.
• Efficient Delivery :
• Drive efficiencies within the team and bring value-adds to improve performance and productivity.
• Create reports and presentations for leadership, along with periodic updates and escalations.
