Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video lectures, promotional videos, and course materials for our professional training programs.

You will work closely with our instructional designers, faculty, and media production team to ensure every video aligns with IEMA’s brand and educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and educational content.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, intros / outros, and sound effects as needed.
• Sync audio and video from multiple camera angles.
• Color correction and sound balancing for professional output.
• Collaborate with the creative and academic teams to structure visual storytelling effectively.
• Manage and organize footage, maintaining version control for different course modules.
• Export and optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, LMS, website, etc.).
• Ensure timely delivery of edited videos as per project deadlines.
