We’re Hiring : Digital Outreach Associate – Founder’s Office (Mrs. Anuja Kohli Mariwala)

Are you looking for an opportunity to work closely with an experienced leader while making a real impact? We are inviting applications for a Digital Outreach Associate in the Founder’s Office of Mrs. Anuja Kohli Mariwala – an MIT graduate (MIT’85, MIT’88), with 16+ years of experience across education, food entrepreneurship, and social impact initiatives.

This role goes beyond social media – it’s about learning, growing, and contributing directly to meaningful projects in CSR, community outreach, and digital communication. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but strong communication and initiative are non-negotiable.

What You’ll Do

1) Manage our digital presence – from social media content to community engagement.

2) Build relationships with corporates and partners for CSR initiatives.

3) Draft impactful proposals and communication material.

4) Support key projects and events under the Founder’s Office.

5) Capture and edit photos / videos for campaigns (a plus!).

What We’re Looking For

1) Strong written and spoken fluency in English & Hindi.

2) Excellent communication, organization, and outreach skills.

3) Social media savvy; bonus if you love photography / editing.

4) Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic, startup-style environment.

5) Passion for social impact and building communities.
