Hardware Design & Development : ▪ Hardware Interface Circuit (Vehicle side) and create requirement for ECU side I / F. ▪ FMEA (System FMEA, Connector FMEA, Design FMEA) & DRBFM ▪ Understanding of Design Guidelines & Standards for 2D & 3D making. ▪ Knowledge of design software such as Unigraphics & Teamcentre. ▪ Knowledge of BOM management and Sourcing systems : Online Ringi, E-DAS, IBOM, ENOVIA, SAP Ariba, MS Office / Outlook etc
Testing : ▪ Verification & Testing in the Vehicle ▪ Prepare vehicle test checklist and test report. ▪ Hardware Issue debugging ▪ Reliability test specification, EMI / EMC test specification and standards (ISO / JASO / CISPR etc.) ▪ Compare and corelate the reliability test specification (request) vs actual part level reliability test report
Technical / Functional : Requirement Development and Management : ▪ System Requirement Specification Development and Management ▪ Vehicle Benchmarking Hardware Development : ▪ Part and Model development lifecycle ▪ Good understanding of Body Control domain and features
Verification & Validation : ▪ Hardware verification on Vehicle ▪ Regulatory development testing Diagnostics & Communication Protocols : ▪ CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet Communication protocol ▪ Diagnostic communication protocols e.G., KWP2000, UDS
Hardware : ▪ Micro-controller / Micro-processor architecture ▪ Micro-controller hardware I / O configuration ▪ Knowledge of multi-core platforms and Hypervisor
Tools : ▪ Usage of various testing tools / equipment (CRO, Multimeter, Voltage / Current probe etc.) ▪ ECU testing, excellent electrical / electronic troubleshooting skills ▪ Analysis tools Vector CANoe, CANalyzer
Standards : ▪ Working knowledge of AUTOSAR, ISO-26262 standards, Cyber Security and Software Update standards ▪ Working knowledge of UNECE regulation and AIS standards in Body Electrical domain
