QTP Tester (3-4 years)-3 Positions

Should have strong capabilities in writing Test Automation Plans using QTP for the latest version of the Siebel CRM.

Prepare a test strategy and detail deliverables for test automation engagement.

Should be capable to lead the team of 6 QTP Engineers

Should help QTP Engineer to understand the domain aspects of CRM.

Enable the teams to write the detail test scenarios, test cases and prepare test data.

Minimum 3 projects of Siebel CRM Automation Projects expereince using QTP.

Selenium Automation Testing Engineer (3-4 years)-5 Positions

Responsibilities :

Analyze requirement and design specifications

Write / Review test plans and test cases for content, coverage, and adherence to department standards

Proficient is writing complex database queries

Knowledge of Shell Scripting

Monitor problem log status reports

Participate in code reviews

Evaluate projects under test for interdependencies and conflicts.

Isolate, recreate, and report bugs, verify fixes, maintain the bug tracking system

Verify Source Code control of releases

Develop feature areas in collaboration with software engineers

Contribute to feature planning and development

Work with on-site and off-shore development team

Conduct status calls and follow the escalation protocol.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate cross functional teams

Ability to work collaboratively to promote a process-centric culture
