Job descriptionIdentify and onboard international clients in freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and logistics services. Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, lead nurturing, and follow-ups with CXO-level decision-makers. Manage the complete sales cycle from requirement analysis to closure, agreements, and onboarding. Coordinate with pricing, compliance, and operations teams to create competitive proposals and RFQ responses. Maintain market intelligence on global logistics trends, trade lanes, and competition. Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and reviews. Track sales funnel, conversion ratio, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools. Represent the company in international exhibitions, networking events, and virtual forums. Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, 3PL, supply chain solutions, or related B2B services. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder-management skills. Good understanding of import / export regulations, INCOTERMS, global trade lanes, and shipping documentation. Strong presentation, communication, and CRM reporting skills.
