EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Work with the Technical Support team to help customers and partners to solve issues encountered during the adoption and use of SAP Business One product.Investigate and identify product defects reported by customers and partners and work closely with development teams and product managers to deliver solutions.Investigate and provide solutions to DB corruptions caused by product defects in customers’ databases.Provide generic solutions for common issues customers may have during their daily use of SAP Business One product.Perform root cause analysis and debugging of software defects.QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Proficient in relational database and SQL language.Experience with JavaScript and C++. Java knowledge is a plus.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of financial processes and documents, accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP).Fluent in both oral and written English with good communication skills.Can work on multiple tasks, and work under pressure.WORK EXPERIENCE
At least two years’ experience in enterprise / large scale software development, support, or maintenance.
