Job descriptionLinux / Unix : Command-line expertise, log analysis, server diagnostics, performance checks SQL & Databases : Strong SQL querying, data debugging, application–database issue resolution Troubleshooting & RCA : Root-cause analysis, API issue investigation, performance tuning Scripting & Automation : Exposure to Python, shell debugging, automation fundamentals Documentation : KB articles, SOPs, troubleshooting guides Collaboration : Cross-team coordination with dev, QA, cloud, and DB teams Additional Exposure : AWS, REST APIs, ServiceNow / Jira, SaaS platform support.
