Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, simple, and persuasive content that promotes Frido’s mission and increases conversion rates on PDPs and LPs.
- Conduct in-depth research on customer feedback, reviews, and market trends.
- Publish and repurpose existing customer reviews across websites and marketplaces.
- Plan and execute A / B tests by plotting the right reviews at the right places to improve conversion.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and content best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills.Impeccable grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Ability to research and craft compelling, customer-centric content.Understanding SEO and e-commerce content practices is a plus.Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Creativity combined with a strategic mindset.Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AI content tools and A / B testing methodologies.Experience with CMS platformsPortfolio of writing samples (academic, blogs, or creative work).Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Graduate or college student with relevant skills (freshers are welcome).Ideal Profile
