Job Title : Data Analyst (Remote – India-Based Contractor)

Department : Back Office

Location : Remote (India)

Employment Type : Independent Contractor (No Benefits; Self-Tax Responsibility)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst with CALL CENTER experience to join our remote back-office operations team. This India-based contractor role involves real-time collaboration with our U.S. operations team (Eastern Time hours). You’ll play a key role in supporting the processing of medical equipment orders, coordinating with doctors’ offices, calling patients, and ensuring data accuracy across our systems.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems through data, and communicates clearly and professionally with both colleagues and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Contact doctors’ offices to obtain missing documentation for order processing
  • Manage and update Excel-based trackers and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Process incoming orders promptly for timely delivery
  • Match delivery tickets to the correct patient files for billing
  • Ensure all patient records are accurate and complete
  • Conduct patient follow-ups to confirm satisfaction with delivered products
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, data cleanup, and reconciliations as needed
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Call Center Experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones and functions
  • Prior experience in healthcare, DME, or insurance operations is a strong plus
  • Work Schedule

  • Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Time hours
  • Reliable internet connection and backup power required
