Location :  Indiranagar, Bangalore

Department :  Sales & Business Development

Reporting To :  Sales Manager / Business Head

Salary  -3 L to 4.8 L + Attractive Incentive

About the Role

We are looking for a  dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and converting opportunities into successful sales closures. This role involves strong communication, consultative selling, and pipeline management skills to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential leads through  outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach , and marketing-generated leads.
  • Conduct  initial discovery calls , understand client requirements, and pitch relevant solutions or products.
  • Maintain and update  CRM systems   with accurate lead and pipeline information.
  • Work closely with the  marketing team  to align lead generation efforts
  • Prepare and deliver  sales proposals, follow-ups, and presentations  to prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed  monthly sales and conversion targets .
  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects to ensure continuous engagement and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Generate  weekly and monthly reports  on sales performance and pipeline progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Business Administration, Marketing, or related field .
  • 1–4 years of experience  in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (real estate, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred).
  • Excellent  verbal and written communication skills .
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience working with  CRM and lead management tools .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of  digital marketing and online lead generation  is a plus.
