Position Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is curious, proactive, and eager to build a career in the Learning & Development (L&D) and corporate coaching space. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, market research, and client engagement while working in a purpose-driven, fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential enterprise clients, industries, and market opportunities
- Support outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Join virtual meetings, product demos, and discussions with senior team members
- Maintain lead databases, CRM entries, and weekly sales trackers
- Stay updated on trends in L&D, HR tech, coaching, and workplace well-being
Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fieldStrong interest in sales, business development, HR, or the learning industryGood verbal and written communication skillsCuriosity, willingness to learn, and strong ownership mindsetSelf-driven, reliable, and open to feedback(Any prior internship / exposure to sales, BD, HR, or L&D is a plus but not mandatory)Preferred Candidate Profile
