Job descriptionConduct primary and secondary research for in-depth analysis of companies, industries, and markets. Create industry reports, whitepapers, and insights to support consulting assignments. Develop marketing content, blogs, and social media engagements on fintech and digital banking topics. Support the sales team in crafting proposals and conceptualizing solutions based on client needs. Work closely with clients to design and implement digital business models and transformation programs. Manage key customer relationships, gathering insights and ensuring successful delivery of consulting projects. Act as a bridge between technology, business teams, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of projects. 8 -12 years of experience in a fintech, digital transformation, or consulting role within banks / NBFCs / financial institutions is preferred. Understanding of digital banking, payments, lending, wealth, and fintech ecosystems is preferred Strong quantitative, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated effectiveness under tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and work in a fast-paced startup environment. Willingness to travel and engage in client-facing roles

You will be involved in research, strategy development, product lifecycle management, client interactions, and project execution, contributing to impactful digital solutions. Working in a startup environment, you must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Drive product ideation and Product Life Cycle Management initiatives to enhance digital offerings. Implement data-driven improvements to optimize product performance and customer experience.
