We are expanding our digital footprint and seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our brand presence and revenue growth.
Role Overview
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Whatmaction, you will be responsible for building and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and lead conversion. You will take full ownership of digital channels, growth initiatives, and performance metrics to scale our product and service growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on lead generation and conversions
- Manage digital marketing channels : SEO, SEM, SMM, Email, Paid Campaigns, and Content Marketing
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Drive A / B testing, landing page optimization, heatmap analysis for maximum ROI
- Work closely with Sales to create marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and pipeline growth
- Measure and report performance using analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.)
- Manage social media presence, brand storytelling, and campaign messaging
- Own the website traffic growth, SEO performance, backlinks, and domain authority improvement
- Create marketing automation workflows and drip campaigns for nurturing prospects
- Coordinate with the creative team for impactful marketing assets and content
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints
- Track KPIs like CAC, CPL, ROAS, Engagement, MQL-to-SQL conversion rate
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in digital / growth marketing (preferably in tech or SaaS industry)Strong expertise in :Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn CampaignsSEO & organic growth strategiesCRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, MailChimp, etc.)Strong understanding of buyer journey and performance-driven marketingExperience with data analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimizationExcellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Product)Good to Have
Experience working in a startup environmentFamiliarity with AI tools, SaaS growth, and inbound marketing frameworksKnowledge of UI / UX testing tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, SEMrush, AhrefsEducation
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent(Skill and experience are of higher priority)Soft Skills
