Job descriptionAnaplan Solution Architect Certification (a strong advantage). Working knowledge of SQL, Python , or other scripting languages. Experience integrating Anaplan with SAP, Workday, Oracle, or Snowflake . Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing capabilities. Lead and manage the end-to-end Anaplan model development , including design, build, and deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into model designs, and implement scalable Anaplan solutions. Maintain and optimize existing models by enhancing performance and applying best practices. Work on data integration between Anaplan and other systems (ERP, BI tools, Data Lakes, etc.). Drive UAT sessions , training, and documentation for end users. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior model builders. Act as a subject matter expert in connected planning solutions.
Must-Have
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience (Level 2 certified, Level 3 preferred).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Anaplan solutions for complex business scenarios.
- Strong understanding of Anaplan best practices , including sparsity management, dynamic cell access (DCA), versioning, and workflow.
- Excellent skills in modular design, performance optimization , and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, or integration using REST APIs .
- Proficiency in Excel and data transformation logic (ETL) .
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, FP&A , or supply chain planning domains.
