Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dealer Inhouse Trainer at Dhingra Trucking Pvt Ltd located in Rewari. The Dealer Inhouse Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for dealership employees, developing training materials, assessing training needs, and ensuring compliance with company standards. They will also collaborate with management to identify training objectives and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

• Training and Development, Instructional Design, and Presentation skills
• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
• Knowledge of dealership operations and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the trucking or automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
