Commercial Assistant Associate (15h Left)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Commercial Assistant Associate. The Commercial Assistant Associate will be responsible for assisting the commercial department with day-to-day administrative tasks, preparing and managing documents, handling communications with clients and vendors, and supporting the sales team. The role also includes maintaining records, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and high levels of efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tasks and document management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to coordinate logistics and manage client and vendor relationships
• Experience in supporting sales teams and handling commercial operations
• Knowledge of compliance and company policies
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
