Quality Analyst

Quality Analysts will be responsible for testing surveys and edits to surveys, to ensure upmost quality standards are met and clients are not exposed to programming errors. They will also be asked to coordinate with programmers and project managers in managing timelines and responsibilities, ensuring change management processes are being followed.

Expectations would be to manage medium-complexity projects alone, and hard-complexity projects with assistance from senior team members. Must be able to follow processes and accept constructive feedback on performance. Maintain low error rates by paying close attention to detail and accuracy. Must be willing to learn new processes and systems with a positive mindset and eagerness to grow into the role.

Requirements

• Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches.
• Documents and evaluates test results.
• Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors.
• Review and evaluation of test procedures.
• Knowledge in writing Test Cases, analyzing the results, and interaction with team members in fixing the errors.
• Proficient Interpersonal skills, outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.
